Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., a cloud-based talent management software provider backed by Clearlake Capital Group, has acquired EdCast.
Cornerstone and EdCast aim to create a platform for people development powered by AI and machine learning. Together, Cornerstone and EdCast will help organizations around the world improve productivity across their businesses.
