CoreLogic International, a property data and analytics company, has bought property technology firm Plezzel.

Plezzel offers customizable digital advertising and marketing support and an inquiry response service to real estate agents in Australia. CoreLogic International’s chief executive officer, Lisa Claes, says that growth through acquisitions such as Plezzel provided CoreLogic’s real estate clients with an ever-increasing suite of powerful proptech tools. Greg McCutcheon and Cecille McCutcheon founded Plezzel in 2011. Cecille McCutcheon says the deal will allow Plezzel to drive its industry footprint and allow the team to access digital resources to further develop the platform’s capabilities.

“The platform provides customized communication and digital marketing products that allow our real estate partners to stand out as market experts, convert more listings and leverage their success,” states Claes.
