Re3dtech,a customized manufacturing services company with both additive and traditional manufacturing technologies and a portfolio company of Core Industrial Partners, has purchased Stanfordville Machine & Manufacturing, a supplier of precision machined parts and assemblies.

Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Standfordville offers computer numerical control (CNC) machining and assembly services, from prototyping through production quantities, across a suite of materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and plastic. The company serves customers in the semiconductor, medical, aerospace and defense, electronics, instrumentation and packaging end markets.

“Stanfordville brings highly complementary precision manufacturing technologies and geographic presence to the RE3DTECH platform that will enable us to better serve our existing customers,” says Rock Lambert, operating partner at Core and chairman of Re3dtech. “Further, we look forward to offering more comprehensive manufacturing capabilities, including additive manufacturing, to Stanfordville’s customer base.”

Winston & Strawn LLP provided legal representation to Core in the transaction.
