Convenient Brands, a provider of enterprise level software to the automotive repair industry, has acquired Rome Technologies, a provider of management software and consultation services.

Rome delivers its software and consultation services to dealer-affiliated and independent auto collision centers in the United States. The firm provides software, support, consultation and coaching services designed to improve efficiency and profitability for customers.

The deal will enhance Rome’s services with additional resources for sales, marketing, product development and new integrated payment processing service, RomePay.
