Congruex, a provider of digital network services, has acquired telecommunications service providers Tower Engineering Solutions and Sorensen Companies Inc.
TES is an engineering company focused on wireless tower infrastructure and SCI is a telecom infrastructure services company that delivers services across fiber and wireless infrastructure.
Congruex integrates companies into a platform to offer capabilities like program management and utility relocation. TES will add capabilities to Congruex’s services and SCI will extend Congruex’s platform to the Mountain region.
