Congruex, a national end-to-end provider of design, engineering, construction and maintenance services to broadband providers, has acquired Ohio Valley Excavating, a provider of commercial excavation.

OVE services fiber telecommunications and utility industries with installation and maintenance for underground electrical, communications, pipe and structural placements. The firm’s services are offered to commercial and industrial construction and emergency repairs across private and public sectors.

This is the seventh acquisition made by Congruex in 2021. The deals have established the firm as one of the largest telecom engineering and construction firms in the country.
