Confluent Health, a family of physical therapy and occupational therapy companies, has acquired a majority stake in Motion PT Group, a physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy company, from Pharos Capital Group LLC.
Motion helps patients by using research, treatments and technologies. The company has 59 clinic locations across Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts and New York. Under Pharos’ leadership, Motion completed over 25 acquisitions, expanded beyond Brooklyn and Manhattan to new geographies and developed hospital and health system relationships focused on expanded access to care, improved patient outcomes and lowering the cost of the healthcare.
