Comvest Partners, a West Palm Beach-based middle-market private investment firm, has made a strategic investment in GAI Consultants Inc., an engineering, planning and environmental consulting services firm.
GAI delivers consulting services to the power and energy, transportation, development and industrial markets, serving global companies, local firms and government agencies. GAI operates in 24 locations across the mid-Atlantic, midwest, southeast and Texas.
