Comscore (NASDAQ: SCOR), a partner for planning, transacting and evaluating media across platforms has acquired Shareablee, a marketing analytics and measurement company in social media.

The combined insights of the two firms will provide media companies, brands and advertisers an understanding of cross-platform consumer engagement. Comscore intends to expand its media metrix and video metrix currencies to include Shareablee’s social media engagement and video insights.

Shareablee provides analytics and intelligence to brands, publishers and agencies including ESPN, NBCUniversal and Vox Media.
