Cognizant Technology Solutions, a U.S.-based information technology services and consulting company, has bought Utegration LLC, a consulting and services provider, from RLH Equity Partners.
Utegration is focused on the design and implementation of SAP (system applications and products in data processing)-focused customer information systems, metering infrastructure and asset management capabilities for the utility and energy sectors. The company aims to help its clients drive customer satisfaction, comply with regulatory mandates for service improvements, analyze resource usage data by customer and capitalize on the digital transformation of the power grid while minimizing operating risk.
