Cobepa SA, a privately-held investment company, has acquired Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning, a portfolio company of Avalt.
Founded in 1965 in Fairfield, N.J., Ned Stevens is a provider of home services including gutter cleaning, installation and repair. The company services 15 states and as well as Washington D.C. Avalt will remain a minority investor in Ned Stevens. Harris Williams advised Ned Stevens in this transaction.
