Clearview Capital, a private investment firm headquartered in Stamford, Conn., through its Clearview Capital Fund IV LP and Clearview Capital Fund V LP, has made an investment in Capitol Services LLC.
Founded in 1978, Capitol Services is a technology-enabled provider of outsourced legal and compliance services, including registered agent, corporate and lien search and filing and other services, primarily to law firms and corporate clients. Serving clients across all 50 states, the company is headquartered in Austin, Texas with additional client service centers in California, Delaware, Florida, Lousiana, Nevada and New York.
