Clearview Capital LP, a private investment firm headquartered in Stamford, Conn., has promoted Geoff Faux and Nick Berry to partner and Brent Simon to chief operating officer.

Faux joined Clearview in 2012 and is a senior member of Clearview’s investment team, with responsibility for new investments and portfolio management. He joined the company from Wells Fargo Securities, where he worked as an investment banking analyst in the technology, media & telecom group.

Berry joined the company in 2012 and leads Clearview’s business development efforts in the midwestern U.S. Prior to Clearview, Berry was an associate focused on business development for Lee Antimicrobial, and he began his career as an investment banking analyst at Barclays Capital.

Simon started with Clearview in 2013 and has been a senior member of Clearview’s investment team, overseeing portfolio investments over his nine years with the firm. Previous to working for Clearview, Simon was with BB&T Capital Markets, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions advisory and capital raising assignments.
