Charles Goldman has been appointed to Genstar Capital’s strategic advisory board. Goldman most recently served as president and CEO of AssetMark, an outsourced investment management and consulting platform for wealth managers, and currently is an active investor in the fintech space. Prior to joining AssetMark, Goldman was an advisor to Bain & Co.
