Charger Investment Partners through one of its affiliates has acquired PerTronix, LLC.
PerTronix is a designer and manufacturer of performance aftermarket automotive products with brands in ignition, exhaust and fuel systems segments. The firm contributes to automotive performance, restoration and racing culture through its reputation of quality, innovation and customer service.
