Chargebee, a subscription billing and revenue management company, has acquired of revenue recognition business RevLock to expand the company’s product offerings. Chargebee seeks to allow users to unlock automated revenue recognition as part of their billing processes, minimize time-intensive manual labor and ensure compliance with local and federal reporting regulations.
