CGI Automated Manufacturing, a provider of complex sheet metal and machined production parts and portfolio company of Core Industrial Partners, has acquired Haven Manufacturing.
Haven is a full-service contract manufacturer of highly engineered components. The firm specializes in components for medical devices, equipment and related components while providing a full suite of manufacturing services like design assistance, prototyping, EDM, and laser etching. Haven delivers its products to medical, aerospace & defense, industrial and consumer end-markets. Additionally, the firm operates two facilities totaling 60,000 square feet.
