Compass Group Equity Partners, a private equity firm, has recapitalized Mearthane Products Corp., a urethane-based technology company.
Founded in North Providence, R.I. in 1965, MPC develops and manufactures polyurethane elastomers with a focus on thermoset products. MPC produces parts including belts, rollers, wheels, seals and enclosures for end markets such as medical and analytical testing, digital printing, vehicle platforms and sports and recreation.
