CrossFirst Bank, a subsidiary of CrossFirst Bankshares, will acquire Farmers & Stockmens Bank, a subsidiary of Central Bancorp.

The deal widens the scope of CrossFirst, providing expansion opportunities in Colorado and New Mexico.
