Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Corp., a managed cybersecurity and compliance provider, has acquired NLT Secure, a cybersecurity firm headquartered in Providencia, Chile with U.S. offices in Tampa.
NLT delivers a range of security services and managed services to organizations across South America. The firm will continue to be managed by its founder and chairman Lorenzo Espinoza.
