Electrical Components International Inc., a supplier of electrical distribution systems, control box assemblies and critical engineered components for diversified markets and a portfolio company of Cerberus Capital Managment, has acquired Britech Inc.
Britech is a specialty manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable assemblies and box builds for the semiconductor industry, HVAC and related industrial technology end markets. Going forward, Britech will continue to be led by its management while operating out of its 50,000-square foot Allentown, PA. facility.
