Centroid Investment Partners LC, a Seoul-based private equity firm, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the TaylorMade Golf Company from KPS Capital Partners LP. TaylorMade is a global manufacturer of golf equipment, balls, bags and accessories.
