Central Medical Supply Group, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, has acquired Helping Hands Medical Equipment, the hospice assets of Consolidated Medical Surgical Supply, and PPD Homecare Inc.
The acquisitions expands Central Medical into Pennsylvania, upstate New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.
