CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a firm owned by Humana, has formed a second joint venture with Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe to expand access to value-based primary care clinics for Medicare patients.
The JV will deploy $1.2 billion of capital to develop 100 new senior-focused care clinics between 2023 and 2025.
