Turf Masters Brands Inc., a recurring residential lawn care services business of CenterOak Partners, has bought Fairway Green, as well as Mighty Green Lawn Care Services based in Birmingham, Perfectly Green Lawn Care out of Atlanta and MRW Lawns Inc. in La Plata, Md.
Fairway Green was founded by Sam Lang in 1989 and operates in both the Raleigh and Charlotte, N.C. markets. The company provides lawn care as well as tree and shrub care services. The deal doubles Turf Masters Brands’ presence in North Carolina. Mighty Green serves residential and commercial customers in the Birmingham and Montgomery, Ala. areas and expands Turf Masters Brands’ existing presence in Birmingham. Perfectly Green, founded by Graham Stuart, services both residential and commercial customers in the northeast Atlanta, Ga. area. MRW was founded over 30 years ago and services residential and commercial customers throughout southern Maryland, representing Turf Masters Brands’ expansion into the state. Each company will continue to operate under their existing names and business leaders from all four organizations will remain in place. As part of these transactions, nearly 200 team members joined the Turf Masters Brands family.
