Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has appointed Bill Berutti, the former CEO of Plex Systems, as an operating advisor to CD&R-managed funds.
At Plex Systems, Mr. Berutti led the transformation of Plex, delivering a combination of growth and profitability, culminating in a sale to Rockwell Automation in 2021. Mr. Berutti will work with the technology team to source new investments and advise the funds’ technology firms.
