Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a private investment firm, has appointed David Winokur as a partner with the firm.
Going forward, Winokur will work to build the firm’s financial services vertical and will source and evaluate investments within insurance, wealth & retirement services, banking & credit, and fintech sectors. In his time before joining CD&R, Winokur served as a managing director at TowerBrook Capital Partners where he led financial services operations.
