The Hilb Group, a property, casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage and advisory firm and a portfolio company of the Carlyle Group, has acquired National Enrollment Partners as well as other benefit enrollment agencies in Texas, New Jersey, another in Minnesota and an agency with locations in Kansas and Alabama.
National Enrollment Partners is a Minnesota-based benefits enrollment and administration services provider through its network of partner agencies and associate members.
