SageHome, a home services organization focused on providing home modifications for aging citizens and a portfolio company of Cairngorm Capital, has purchased CareFree Home Pros LLC, a bathroom remodeling company.
Headquartered in Avon, Conn., CareFree is focused on providing bathroom upgrades for seniors and others with access difficulties. The company serves customers across Connecticut and western Massachusetts. CareFree boasts one-day installations of low-threshold showers, working to minimize disruption for homeowners. CareFree marks SageHome’s third acquisition.
“Our bathroom division is expanding fast and with the addition of CareFree, now covers 15 states and counting. We expect 2023 to be a transformational year for us as we continue to grow our footprint aggressively,” comments Brian Hutto, SageHome’s CEO.
