Cain Brothers, the healthcare investment banking division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., has named Wyatt Ritchie as head of Cain Brothers.
Ritchie is based in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office and will report to Randy Paine, president of KeyBanc Capital Markets. Previously, Ritchie was a managing director and co-head of the Cain Brothers corporate finance team focused on M&A and capital raising for clients in the specialty physician practice management, multisite healthcare services and post-acute care sectors. He has also been a member of the Cain Brothers senior management team. Ritchie joined Cain Brothers in 2010.
“Wyatt is a natural fit for this role given his experience in advising both public and private companies in a variety of strategic advisory transactions,” says Paine. “He has extraordinary leadership skills and is well respected within our organization and the industry.”
