CAE (NYSE: CAE) has acquired the AirCentre airline operations portfolio, a suite of flight and crew management, from Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR). The $392 million agreement includes the AirCentre portfolio, technology and IP, and workforce.

CAE has been unifying the digital flight operations ecosystem over the last 3 years with the goal of delivering a suite of services designed to improve operations and enhance flight and crew experience.
