BV Investment Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on the technology-enabled business services, software and IT services sectors, has made an investment in Imagenet LLC, a provider of back-office support technology and technology-enabled outsourced services to healthcare plans nationwide.
Imagenet offers digital transformation, claims adjudication and member and provider engagement services, acting as a partner to these plans in improving engagement and satisfaction with the plans’ members and providers. The company processes millions of claims and structured and unstructured data elements annually.
