BV Investment Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on tech-enabled business services, has made a significant, growth investment in EMS Management & Consultants.
EMS was founded in 1996 and is a provider of revenue cycle management and technology services for the emergency medical services industry. The firm serves over 260 public, private and hospital affiliated agencies in 24 states. The firm makes use of proprietary technology to drive efficiency, automation and quality assurance.
