Broad Sky Partners has acquired pure-play services provider, Thomas Scientific. This is the firm’s first investment, after a strategic investment from Capital Constellation.

Thomas Scientific offers critical supplies to the healthcare, biotech, clinical diagnostics and life sciences industries. Lynn Calpeter, a Broad Sky operating partner will chair the board as part of the governance structure.
