Bristow Group Inc. has acquired British International Helicopter Services Limited. The transaction is all-cash and will close in the third quarter of 2022.
BIH delivers search and rescue for the U.K. Ministry of Defense and fleet operational Sea training to the Royal Navy. The acquisition will help Bristow expand its government services business by building upon BIH’s relationships with the government and military.
