Brightstar Capital Partners has combined its portfolio company ERC and Oasis Systems.
By combining, the firms will serve customers in over 36 states with expertise in space, defence and aviation.

ERC was advised by legal counsel Kirkland & Ellis and financial advisor Houlihan Lokey. Rothschild & Co served as financial advisor to Oasis, and Sullivan & Cromwell acted as legal counsel.
