Bridgepoint Investment Banking, a boutique impact investment bank, has added managing director Kate Loughran to its Denver office.
The addition of Loughran will expand the firm’s commitment to providing differentiated capital and M&A services to middle market industrials companies. Loughran joins the firm with 13 years of investment banking experience.
Prior to Bridgepoint, Loughran served in senior coverage roles at Bank of America‘s Industrials Group and focused on creating successful outcomes in the chemicals, materials and manufacturing segments.
