Lafayette Instrument LLC, a portfolio company of Branford Castle Partners, has acquired Aurora Scientific Inc., a Canadian-based manufacturer of instrumentation and software used in life sciences research related to muscle physiology and neuroscience.

Aurora offers instrumentation equipment related to skeletal muscle physiology research which is utilized by universities and research institutions globally.
