Bowman Consulting Ltd., an engineering services firm offering infrastructure services, has acquired Hole Montes Inc., an engineering services firm providing infrastructure planning services from offices in Naples and Fort Myers, Fla.
Founded in 1966, the firm offers design, survey, GIS and construction management experience to customers focused on environmental engineering, transport infrastructure, airport facilities, stormwater and wastewater systems, land planning, landscape architecture and more. Hole Montes has a workforce of 65 professionals, all of which will join Bowman in connection with the deal.
