Booz Allen Hamilton, an information technology consulting firm based in McLean, Va., has bought EverWatch, a technology services company that provides intelligence, defense and mission support to the U.S. government for national security missions and a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital.

EverWatch focuses on software development, cyber and analytics services for classified programs.
