BMO Financial Group has bought Radicle Group, a provider of sustainability advisory services.

Radicle is a developer of carbon offsets and helps over 4,000 clients measure and reduce emissions.

BMO Capital Markets acted as financial advisor, and Torys LLP served as legal counsel to BMO. Citi acted as financial advisor, and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP acted as legal counsel to Radicle.
