Bluejay Capital Partners LLC has completed its acquisition of The Assembly Authority, a national company focused on complicated assembly and installation.

“We have thoroughly evaluated the assembly and installation space and believe in its potential,” said Josh Putterman, founding partner of Bluejay Capital. “The Assembly Authority is a strong business that will serve as a foundation for significant growth. We are ready to get to work with the company and its leaders, who retain a significant ownership stake in the business.”

Mark Olson, president of The Assembly Authority, commented, “Our partnership with Bluejay Capital marks the start of an important chapter in our growth story. We will build on our industry leading platform to enhance our reach, scope and services to our national client base.”

In addition, Pierre-Luc Mathieu has been hired to Bluejay Capital as managing partner.

“We are thrilled to have Pierre join the team and help guide Bluejay Capital’s future expansion. We have known and worked with Pierre for many years and his background and skillset are great complements to our team,” said Putterman.

Previously, Mathieu was the chief strategy officer at OmniTrax, a private railroad and transportation management company.
