Blue Sage Capital, an Austin-based private equity firm, has made an investment in Clearly Clean Products LLC, a packaging services company, in partnership with Insight Equity.
Founded in 2007, Clearly Clean is an Orwigsburg, Pa.-based manufacturer of food packaging trays made from recyclable polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The company offers a recyclable tray option to grocers, food processors and packaging distributors.
“We are excited to partner with Blue Sage and Insight as we continue to invest in sales and marketing resources, expand our manufacturing capabilities and extend our product line with innovative, sustainable packaging solutions that our customers desire,” states Jeff Maguire, Clearly Clean’s president.
