Blue Point Capital Partners, a private equity firm with offices in Cleveland, Charlotte, Seattle, and Shanghai, has acquired Water Lilies Food LLC.
Water Lilies manufactures and distributes premium frozen Asian-inspired cuisine for retail private label and food service customers. The firm’s food portfolio includes products like dumplings, spring rolls, egg rolls, and bao buns.
