Stax LLC, a global management consulting firm and a portfolio company of Blue Point Capital Partners, has bought AMR International, a London-based global strategy consulting firm.
AMR is focused on the buy and sell-side commercial due diligence across the technology, information, media and events industries. Expanding in the U.K. and Europe is part of Stax’s growth plan. This partnership aims to expand Stax’s relationships with private equity firms in the region.
