Legence, an energy transition accelerator focused on sustainability and efficiency and a portfolio company of Blackstone, has purchased Lord Green Strategies, a sustainability consultancy headquartered in Texas.
Lord Green will merge with RE Tech Advisors, an existing Legence company. The deal looks to strengthen Legence’s environmental, social and governance consulting and advisory services to help clients with their fiduciary and investment objectives while decarbonizing their operations and asset portfolio.
