Environmental Systems Group, a platform providing comprehensive environmental services and portfolio company of Bernhard Capital Partners, has acquired BEM Systems Inc.
BEM is a consulting, engineering, and information management firm that offers complementary environmental engineering consulting services, custom data management, and visualization services. BEM delivers its services to a customer base including federal, state and local government agencies and blue-chip commercial clients. The deal extends ESG’s reach into the Northeast and Alaska and will complement its recent purchase of KC Harvey Environmental.
