Beeline, a technology services provider for managing the global extended workforce, has acquired Utmost, an extended workforce services company.

Utmost’s technology allows customers to view both employee and non-employee workforces by location and reporting structure in real-time. With this approach, companies can gain insights without the risk of co-mingling data in enterprise resource planning (ERPs) or human capital management systems (HCMs), aiming to reduce co-employment issues. With the acquisition of Utmost, Beeline looks to enable companies to access talent insights across their workforce of employees and non-employees and also aims to offer services tailored to the needs of participants in the extended workforce process in one service.

“We have a disciplined history of only acquiring companies that are rightful technology leaders that will deliver further value to our customers,” says Doug Leeby, Beeline CEO. “The Utmost acquisition is particularly exciting in that it complements and accelerates our strategic roadmap and delivers clever and unique solutions to our customers on day one.”
