IT Voice, an IT services company and a portfolio company of Baymark Partners, has purchased the Jaekle Group Inc., a privately-owned provider of managed IT and technology services.
TJG, located in Macedonia, Ohio, offers IT support to Cleveland businesses to help them run more efficiently and productively using technology. The company’s goal is to provide IT practices and services to commercial clients. TJG works to eliminate IT issues before they cause expensive site downtime for their clients. Generational Equity advised the Jaekle Group in this transaction.
