Baird Global Investment Bankingan international financial services firm, has added Jeremy Duksin as managing director and co-head of the firm’s global GP solutions group.

He will co-lead the group alongside Alex Meija and be based in New York. He joins Baird from Credit Suisse where he was a managing director and head of capital solutions, focusing on continuation funds, tender offers, portfolio strip sales, direct co-investment placements and other GP-initiated transaction structures. Before Credit Suisse, he worked at Lehman Brothers with roles in the firm’s investment banking, investment management and principal investing divisions, as well as in the private equity unit of the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy estate.
